Choose Your Cobra
Replica Cobras can look very similar from a few steps away, but the grille opening and installation details are not something we want to guess about. Choose the manufacturer and model that matches your car.
Backdraft RT3 & RT4
Backdraft RT3 and RT4 Roadsters combine classic Cobra proportions with a more refined, factory-built approach. Cobra Grille offers a dedicated fitment path for these models.
Factory Five MKIII & MKIV
Factory Five MKIII and MKIV Roadsters are highly customizable builds, so identifying the correct generation and checking your car before ordering is especially important.
Superformance MKIII
The Superformance MKIII is a factory-built rolling chassis and an officially licensed Shelby replica. Cobra Grille provides a dedicated grille option for this application.

A Cobra Grille Is More Than a Piece of Trim
A grille changes the face of the car, but it also sits in front of a part you would rather not leave exposed: the radiator. The goal is a grille that looks intentional on the roadster while adding protection without making the nose look heavy or out of place.
That is why this page begins with fitment instead of a one-size-fits-all product pitch. Backdraft, Factory Five and Superformance roadsters share the Cobra silhouette, but they are different cars built in different ways.

Not sure whether one of the current grille kits will fit your car? Cobra Grille can ship a sizing template for your application. Test the template against the car, send us your feedback, and that information can be used to evaluate a custom-fit grille.
This is also the right path if your roadster comes from another replica manufacturer or your car has details that make you question a standard application.

Plan the Grille, Mounting and Installation Together
The new 3/8-inch round-perforation grille is available flat or convex, in raw aluminum or black powder coat, for every supported model. The grille itself is only one part of a clean installation. Use the dedicated installation instructions before you begin, and review the available aluminum mounting-block upgrade if it fits the way you want to finish the car.

More Cobra Models, Sizes and Patterns
Cobra Grille is continuing to expand beyond the currently listed Backdraft, Factory Five and Superformance applications. Additional grille sizes and patterns are also being developed to give owners more options for both protection and appearance.
If your model is not listed today, that does not automatically mean the answer is no. The sizing-template process is the best place to start.

These are the questions to answer before selecting a grille or contacting us about a car that is not yet listed.
Which Cobra replicas currently have dedicated grille options?
The current Grille Kit Information page identifies Backdraft RT3 and RT4, Factory Five MKIII and MKIV, and Superformance MKIII applications.
What if I do not know whether a grille will fit my Cobra?
Use the custom sizing-template process. Cobra Grille can send a template for you to test against the car, and your fitment feedback can be used to evaluate a custom-fit grille.
Do you offer grilles for Cobra replicas from other manufacturers?
Additional models are being developed. If your replica is not one of the current listed applications, contact Cobra Grille about a sizing template rather than assuming an existing grille will fit.
Are more grille sizes and patterns planned?
Yes. Cobra Grille is developing grille kits in additional sizes and patterns to provide more choices for different builds.
Where can I find installation instructions?
Use the dedicated Installation Instructions page before beginning installation. It is linked from this guide and from the main site navigation.
Are aluminum mounting blocks available?
Yes. Updated aluminum mounting blocks are available as an upgrade and fit previously sold Cobra-Grille grilles. Standalone plastic and aluminum blocks are sold individually; select the mounting option with a new grille kit to avoid ordering twice.
Why is the replica model important if Cobra roadsters look similar?
Cobra Grille separates fitment by manufacturer and model because these replica platforms are built differently. Choosing by the actual car is more reliable than choosing by appearance alone.
