Finish the oil-cooler opening or front brake-duct openings with a black perforated aluminum screen you can size for your own build. This is a DIY blank, supplied flat and unshaped with automotive-grade double-sided tape.
What One Order Includes
- One black powder-coated aluminum blank, 4½ × 15½ inches.
- ¼-inch round perforations in ¹⁄₃₂-inch-thick aluminum.
- One 36-inch length of ½-inch-wide automotive-grade double-sided tape.
Sold individually at $48 per blank-and-tape package. Photos may show several blanks; each quantity ordered includes one blank and one length of tape.
Measure Your Opening Before Ordering
Check the size and shape of the opening against the blank dimensions and allow for your fitting method. The number of blanks required depends on your openings and how you lay out the pieces. This is not a pre-cut, model-specific insert or a complete main radiator grille kit.

No. It is a rectangular DIY blank that you size and fit to your opening.
Is mounting tape included?
Yes. Each blank comes with 36 inches of ½-inch-wide automotive-grade double-sided tape.
What finish is available?
This screen blank is supplied in black powder coat.
Is this the new 3/8-inch main grille?
No. This blank has ¼-inch holes and is intended for oil-cooler and front brake-duct openings. For the main radiator opening, configure a Cobra Grille Kit.
